RE: Dichiarazione d’Uso Civico e Collettivo del bene comune Ex Macello

vi scriviamo a due mesi e mezzo dal nostro ultimo incontro (in modalità videoconferenza), il giorno martedì 12 aprile pomeriggio e a oltre sei mesi dalla presentazione da parte nostra della Dichiarazione d’Uso Civico e Collettivo del bene comune Ex Macello. 

In questi mesi abbiamo avuto modo di condividere con le Assessore Francesca Benciolini e Marta Nalin le modalità di funzionamento della nostra assemblea e le informazioni di cui disponiamo sull’area, oltre (ripetutamente) alla progettazione che abbiamo realizzato e che dà forma ad un percorso partecipato realizzato nel 2019 e rinnovato nel 2020 e nel 2022.

Ci saremmo aspettati da parte del Comune una verifica sia della Dichiarazione presentata ed un’esplicitazione dell’iter di riconoscimento del bene comune da parte della Giunta, sia delle modalità con cui dar corso alla cura e utilizzo del bene. In data 20 maggio l’Assessora Francesca Benciolini ha comunicato (in occasione di un’assemblea della Rete Beni Comuni all’Ex Macello) la disponibilità di un Vademecum che orienta il lavoro dell’amministrazione in questo ambito: ovviamente, se possibile, saremmo interessati a conoscere questo testo.

In anticipo rispetto all’incontro del 12 aprile, avevamo anche proposto di coinvolgere una parte terza che possa assicurare i requisiti di trasparenza e qualità necessari a stabilire relazioni collaborative e durature fra il Comune e la comunità di riferimento e avevamo segnalato che i requisiti più indicati per tale figura potrebbero corrispondere all’esperienza maturata da una persona come Sergio Lironi di cui sono note le conoscenze e competenze in ambito urbanistico e di processi di coinvolgimento dei diversi attori territoriali. Non avendo ricevuto alcun riscontro, rinnoviamo l’invito a verificare insieme modi e tempi con cui si potrebbe impostare un percorso in tal senso.

Rinnoviamo inoltre la richiesta di poter prendere visione degli allegati (ALLEGATO P2 DELIBERAZIONE G.C. N. 101 DEL 12/03/2021) che riguardano l’Ex Macello relativi alla DELIBERAZIONE DELLA GIUNTA COMUNALE N. 2021/0101 DEL 12/03/2021 in merito.

Rinnoviamo inoltre l’auspicio di poter accedere liberamente all’area (anche oltre le ore 19.00).
